Citrus Honey 225 gm — light amber honey from orange and lemon blossom.

Honey gathered from citrus groves in bloom: pale amber, thin-flowing and unmistakably floral, with a clean orange-blossom scent that lifts off the spoon before you taste it. Milder and brighter than dark honeys, which is why it suits tea and delicate dishes where a strong honey would take over. The small jar to try the flavour before committing to a larger one.

How to use:

• Stir into tea or warm lemon water
• Drizzle over pancakes, yoghurt or fresh fruit
• Whisk into a salad dressing with olive oil and lemon

Good to know:

• Single-origin floral honey — nothing added
• Natural crystallisation may occur; warm the jar gently to reverse it
